This quilt was designed at the request of one of my best friends who recently had a baby boy. She had been wanting to do a pirate theme, but knowing she'd rather have something fabulous and one-of-a-kind rather than the run-of-the-mill Babies R Us brand, she came to us. Smart girl. Did I mention she's one of my very best friends? Anyway, I haven't been able to finagle the finished picture from my sister whose camera we used, but here's a few of the "in-progress" pictures. We also made a bedskirt and bumper to match. I think this is my favorite design yet.
